Situated in the north of the city located on the first floor of Dimensions Leisure Centre, Dynamics Health and Fitness Club was opened in 2001. The club offers a wide range of Pulse cardiovascular and resistance equipment in a modern, air conditioned gym.

You will receive an individual fitness assessment to help identify and agree your goals followed by a gym instruction session where you will be shown how to use the equipment.

Whenever you visit, whatever you do, we’ll always be pleased to help you make the most of your time at Dynamics.
