Gladstone Pottery Museum has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by Tripadvisor as a testimonial to its high standards.
The museum has received consistently high ratings from visitors to the Tripadvisor website over the past year and currently holds the number one rating for attractions in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor will be on display at the museum on Tuesday morning during a media photocall.
The museum has an international reputation and is the only preserved Victorian pottery factory of its type, attracting thousands of visitors a year. With a cobbled yard, recently restored bottle ovens and daily demonstrations of throwing, decorating and bone china flowermaking the site brings our pottery heritage alive. Rated highly by visitors and locals alike the museum has a lively events programme to entertain visitors of all ages.
The Gladstone Annual Pass entitles the holder to visit the museum as many times as they want for a year for less than the cost of two visits. Adult passes cost £10.50 and concession and children’s passes are £8.75, providing outstanding value.
